Can't see Hierarchy nodes in Query

Heya all,

Can anyone help me thru this.Ihave a heirarchy which is active.i dragged custid,matid,calendar day to free characteristic ..and key figures to columns.And sales rep id (which has heirarchy) to Rows.I rt.clicked over sales rep id and selected properties and selected my hierarchy and did "ok"

Then i clicked the save button and hit enter ..but

Calendar day

Customer id

Material no:

Key Figures

Sales representative

Sales representative Price of Matarial Sales Quantity Sales Revenue

Not Assigned Sales representative (s) $ 1,551.00 360 EA $ 10,584.00

I don't see the heirarchy nodes.Plzz guide me thru this what shld i do..i am following the FU FU book but i don't have time dependent heirarchy as author has as i had some problem doing it.

Hi,

Have you defined any connversion routine in the maintenance screen of Info object Sales representative?

If you have not taken any CR , take 'AlPHA' as the routine fot this Object. And then upload the hierarchy.

In the note: 447341,

take a lok on the

<i>1.2 Possible symptoms with inconsistencies</i>

3rd point.

Hi Anil,

Thanks for the reply.but i do have applied a conversion routine to my Info Object sales revenue.What is alpha?and what is not no:447341..sorry i am new in this sap world just learning.It would be great if u can explain me little bit more and tell me how to get rid of this error.

Hi,

1) go to maintenanace screen of your Info object Sales representative in RSA14

2) in 'General' tab page make sure that 'ALPHA' is selected for 'Convers. Rout'.

3) Then reload the hierarchy.

use the site ,https://service.sap.com/notes for findinf the information in the note 447341.
