J1IFR LIST OF SUBCONTRACTING CHALLAN

Hello Sir,

I have a problem regarding report list of subcontracting challans J1IFR Tcode.

It shows only captured migo document qty 543 for reconciliation, but when migo document is cancelled due to any reason with 544 mov type. System  doesn’t show cancellation document no in annexure list. so that users have to face problem during checking the J1IFR report FOR reconciliation qty using J1IFQ TCODE.

They have to check with mb51 for 543 and 544 mov type and have to reconcile qty for last 543 mov type’ s document in J1IFQ(Qty reconciliation  for subcontracting challans.

Please guide me regarding these issues.

Hi,

J1IFR report is based on the J1IFQ transactions and uses tables J_1IEXCDTL and J_1IEXCHDR. As a cancelled GR doesn't have relation to J1IFQ, J_1IEXCDTL and J_1IEXCHDR, so these documents not displayed in J1IFR. If you want cancelled GR documents in J1IFR then try to update J1IFQ for cancelled GR documents and then check J1IFR.

but it is not possible for end users to cancel all the document with J1IFQ.

I want to know that if user doesnot cancel the document with J1IFQ.

it cannot be shown in J1IFR REPORT.

or  could we develop Z report to show all the cancel document ?

Kindly guide me to resolve this issues.

Hi,

J1IFR report is only updated based on the J1IFQ transactions. If J1IFQ not executed for canceled transactions then J1IFR won't shows the data for canceled GR. I am not sure about the Z report, you have to check the J1IFR report logic with an abap consultant.
