SAP CRM Free goods

Hi All,

We have a scenario where we need to give need to give free quantity of material based on quantity ordered by customers.

We have done the seeting for free goods in SAP CRM. But we are not able to find any configuration in CRM where cost centre can be assigned to free goods.

Also in sales order we are not able to find any field for cost centre.

Please let me know how standard SAP CRM system handles this.

Ho Naresh,

There is no Cost Centre in SAP CRM. You have to perform this configuration in SAP ECC and replicate it from ECC to SAP CRM.
