Tax should be calculate on Gross Salary

Hello Experts,

Can anybody help on this issue.

Tax should be calculate on Gross Income. Our client /701 and /736 is calculating after the pre tax. /703, /705, /710 is calculating on gross income.

My client is saying that /736 is also calculate on Gross income like /703, /705, /710. The amount of /710 = /736.

/736 amount should be come 3490.91 and at present the amount is 3077.76

/736 is only calculating for MN state.

Please can any one answer for this.
