Log Version status in SXMB_MONI of XI

Dear All,

we are having a SOAP to RFC interface. I'm getting a " log version " status in sxmb_moni, so that the messages are not processing from XI.I'm unable to resend the messages.

In RWB in Integration Engine monitoring, the status of the messages are showing as " To Be Delivered ". When i'm tried to resend the messages, it's not getting processed. Can any one suggest the solution to this issue. I tried to do the cache refresh, but no success.
