Hi Guys,

I am having an issue in SAP BI system

Error in codepage mapping for source system. Error text:

Message no. RSDS_ACCESS013

there are rfc failed entries in sm58 as well

i had checked the RFC connection as well that is working fine.

below is the more details of the system logs :

when we ask BI team to reprocess the data it is working fine that time.

this is not occurring first time.

I am new to SAP Basis, Please help me to resolve the issue.
