Pricing data for partner could not be read

Hi,

I have created a qoute in Mobile sales laptop and synchronized via conntrans. Again synchronized I got the Quote number for the newly created quote.

I went into CRM online to one order transaction and entered the quote number, here I got the error message "Pricing data for partner could not be read "

Has anyone experienced such kind of problems. if so, how was it solved.

Experts please help me. Any information is highly appreciated.

Hi geetha,

The configuration of pricing for the business transaction is incorrect or you are missing the sales area information for this customer.

BP - must have assigned a customer pricing procedure.

Transaction - must have a document pricing procedure.

set up the pricing determination procedure for sales org and customer pricing procedure and document pricing procedure.

Where is the pricing determination procedure set for sales organization and distribution channel combination?

A pricing determination procedure works successfully for an

organization : 1000

distribution channel: 10 (direct)

Pricing determination procedure fails for this scenario

Organization: 1000

distribution channel: 20 (indirect)

What is the setting I need to do to get rid of the problem.

Please help.

Also, an important thing to check will be whether you can create a quote on crm-online with the same business partner, product & sales area combination.

If pricing is done fine when quote is created directly on crm-online, then there something else which is going wrong.
