I regularly practice through IDES, This is the best thing you can do . In addition search interview question for the same and try to solve by yourself and do the Practices also for those. And Here on SCN we have Space for all SAP domain, follow the MM space and update your knowledge for the same.

First of all congratulation for your new career.

With having 3.6 years experience, you can be a consultant.

But you have handle the t-code SPRO easily.

All configuration and all types of business process.

Hope you are comfortable with these area

Pricing Procedure

Release Strategy

Stock Transport Order Configuration... etc etc

Specially the all configuration levels are required for a MM consultant.

If you need any types of help or confusion, then please search in SCN.

One more thing.

Sap designation has a chain wise.

End User-Core/Super User-Associate Consultant-Consultant.

As per you experience and skill, Organization gives you the designation.

A SAP MM Consultant minimum have 3+ years experience and have to be a goods skill in SAP MM module.

Go for the interview and grab the opportunity.

A best career is waiting for you..

I suggest as you are already have a id in SCN.

Log on daily in SCn and go to MM forum.. here is the link

Answer the questions and improve your skill.....

I have also improved myself a lot.

Thanks to SCN...... SCN is rocking...

IDES is perfect for bending the things your ways. SCN is wonderful to see different scenarios and their mapping in SAP. You have both in your reach. Now coming to your phobia for interview, as you asked what can you do. Im sure you would like to switch to SAP MM consultancy, but for a stable career.

To overcome it, try with contractual job offers. You would not want to go for such profile but surely can take interview calls to get rid of the nervousness. You must have your profile in job portal websites, find and apply for such jobs without giving a second thought (those matching your profile).

Give 2-3 interview to see what the industry demands and what kind of questions they ask. Probably you wouldn't to able answer all questions but you'll at least get to know what to expect and where to practice.

You don't worry about failures but surely enhance yourself for big stage i.e permanent job profile this way. I have seen people trying out this method and succeed.

All the best !!

IDES is best way to get practice. As you told that 3+ years of experience in procurement process also you done the MM course.

With this experience you can practice in IDES with your working company structure for better practice.

Like this you can build your own set of configuration for multiple business process. Keep in touch with SCN.

Sure you will get confidence within you to attend the interview and get the job.
