SAP FIORI - Track Sales Order : No Customer Found

Hello Team,

Good day!

We are currently configuring SAP FIORI Track Sales Order and we are getting error - No Customer Found.

Note :

     1. User is mapped with a personnel number . Configuration of Leave Request and approve Leave request have been completed and is working.

We have done all necessary configuration in the Gateway System as well as with the ECC system.

Please advise other points to check regarding this.

By Default the Partner Function in the BADI implementation is VE and if we change it to the required one you will get the result.

Hi Jarenz,

for the first tests you can assign in the backend a new partner (role: Sales employee)  at the  customer - the one you like. Here you assign your employee number.

After you completed this, you will see your first customer in SAP Fiori.

Please check the BADI SRA018_SO_USR_TO_CUSTOMER.

Or test the method IF_SO_USR_TO_CUSTOMER~GET_CUSTOMERS_FROM_USR.
