Happy New Year 2014 Garry😊 Adding to the above mentioned You must check the settings & response for your Planning Board (MRSS/PLBOGEN) in Extra>Settings>Response>select the tool demand based on the Planning node or Tool demand. Tips:
    • You must create PRT equipment from Mechanical Engineering as Ind.Sector &Materail type as PRT.
    • In Materail Master Tab Production Resource define Task list Usage 009 (generaly) and than assign this cons type in your PRT Creted on structure tab.
    • On PRT Tab at equipment also take same usage as 009 and the controll key too.
    • While creation of an order operation, you can assign the same material to the operation
(Now assign this PRT to operation in component tab before relationship tab. In this way you have assigned the materail if you are using)

    Hi,

You are trying to assign a regular demand to a tool which is incorrect. You can only assign tool demands to tools. Read this help for more information.

    Best,

    Hi Gary,

You have created this PRT as material / equipment?

If you created it as equipment, then did you created it with equipment type PRT?
