SQL error 1732 when accessing table "PROGDIR".

Hello Colleagues,

I am in the process to install the latest support packages
via SAINT on SPG system.

Now during the DD activation I get the dumps

Category
ABAP Programming Error

Runtime
Errors
COMPUTE_INT_PLUS_OVERFLOW

CX_SY_ARITHMETIC_OVERFLOW

ABAP
Program RADIXCHK

I found a note that I need to change SDB1FHDB manually and
change the limit-secindcnt to another value.

Now when I try to do this and save the change I get another
dump:

Category
Installation Errors

Runtime
Errors DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR

CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB

And it does not allow me to save the program.

Kindly suggest how to solve this issue.
