Create Relations in SAP MDM

HI SAP MDM Experts

Please suggest me for below.

I have Plants (Back end System,Plant Code and Plant description) and

                              India,           001,                 Plant1

                              India,           002,                 Plant2

                              US,             101,                 Plant2

Plant Stores (Local System , Plant Code , Stores)are separate tables.

                              India,            001,       10100

                              India,            001,       10102

                              India,            002,       10100

My question is can we some how put relation/ filter in SAP MDM, so that when India ,plant 001 is selected, only the Buyers that are mapped to the plant are displayed ( 10100, 10102) for the user to select.

Regards

Shifali

i think it is quite standard, if you are using mdm wd component, limitFieldvalue will be the one to do the job based on the table structure you mentioned above,

    Hi Shifali,

You Can also use MDM constraints if you want to limit user based on Plants so they will see values related to their plant.

You can create a role and add constraint in it for Plants table(eg. India, 001) .Now when ever a user corresponding to that role will login .he will see only below values to chose for plant store

    India,            001,       10100

    India,            001,       10102

Let me know if it full fills your requirement.

    Regards
