sao configuration xi technical error

Hi Experts,

I am facing one issue that is instead of pi we have configured soa for one interface it is working fine but when there is as situation like when basis people are refreshing the system we are facing the issue like "XI TECHNICAL ERROR".It is happening only after refresh how can we avoid this problem.
