Hi Experts, I have a situation where I need to copy active plan version "01" to another plan version "02" where the user will change the Org. Structure. Once plan version "02" is approved , Is it good to copy plan version "02" to "01". While copying plan  version from "01" to "02" I have used the evaluation path O-S-P. Please advise. Regards, IFF

Hi IFF,

Yes, this is the best practice to use the plan version.

Go  to T77S0 --> PLOGI    PLOGI    Maintain the plan version number(02). Do the appropriate changes in the plan version and copy the the plan version using the report RHCOPL00. Once the modifications are done then place the plan version value as 01 in T77S0.

Hi IFF,

Really it is good to copy one plan version to another plan version because just assume that you are company has two branches one is in US another one is India.

Create one for India plan version : IN

Create one for US plan version :  US

Now copy IN & US into Current plan version 01.

Now take it one exp :

if one of you are core user will delete some data in India how will you find which data is lost in this situations directly you can copy 01 Plan version all data to IN plan version.

To copy plan version : RE_RHCOPL00

Hi Experts, My query is if we copy active plan version "01" to another plan version "02" and do changes in "02" as per organization requirement. Then can we copy back '02' to '01'. Is that the best practice. Or we need to do separately update '01' plan version. Please advise. Regards, IFF
