Error in Return Delivery

Good morning All,

I have created new delivery document type ZELR by copying ZLR in development 110 and assigned to sales document type and transported to dev 120 for testing I am getting error in Dev 120 as "Order cannot be delivered see long text" but it is working fine Dev 110. only problem in dev 120.

before posting this issue here I have searched in forum I got many suggestion I have checked every thing whatever suggested in forum. I have compared delivery document type and sales document type and copy control setting in dev 110 and dev 120 it is same there in no change in setting.

   please suggest

Please check the error log, there the reason will be maintained clearly, so look the log file.

If you could give us the message in the log text, it will be helpful in our analysis. It is a question mark type of icon on the screen.

Diagnosis

Possible reasons include:

• The copy conditions specified in Specify copy control for deliveries do not allow the order to be delivered.

• The order is blocked for delivery.

• The order document is incomplete.

Procedure

• Pay attention to any notes that may be recorded in the log.
• You can display the copying requirements defined for this transaction in Customizing.

Thax for your reply below is error message. there is not delivery block I checked every thing but I am not getting where is problem.

Hi Sameer,

The diagnosis clearly mentions the reasons for the error.

1. For copy control:- compare with your previous returns delivery which you have copied, it should give you some idea.

2. Check if there is any delivery block in sales order header or line item, usually return orders do have some blocks which we sometimes miss.

3. Check if the sales order is incomplete, in VA02, in menu bar, go to Edit >> Incompletition.

I have checked every thing before posting this issue here  copy is control is same as I copied and my document is also complete, there is no block in delivery.
