SAP HCM related issues

Dear All,

Please revert can following be possible in SAP HCM.

- Can the resigned employees rejoin with the same SAP personnel no.

- Income tax deducted based on actuals and not projections

- Restriction of 20 fixed monthly allowance in SAP. Can it be increased ?
