How do we deactivate a company so we no longer have to maintain the Periods on OB52 and the intercompany relationships in OBYA? We currently have to maintain these items in order to run Clearings in F-03 for other company codes.

What do you mean by that? If your clearing is cross-company, and you have to keep it this way, then you cannot deactivate the adversary company code. If it's not cross-company, then you don't have to maintain posting period. So, please, clarify your scenario...

If we try to close the periods in OB52 for company X, we receive an error when we try to run Cross company clearings for other company codes S & T. The message states that company code X is not available for posting - even though it is not in the current clearing.

Well, that's my point. If you keep cross-company postings, you cannot close the periods. So, what are you trying to achieve? Either you need those postings, or you don't. If you need them, then company code should remain active, as it is de facto.

Hello Kelly,

Could you look into OB60?

I already have a problem in the past with inactive company code. The problem was that we keep the relation into OB60. By removing it, I fix my problem.
