Masterdata grouping and collection strategy not updated on CA

Hi Experts

We had an issue after upgrade the master data grouping and collection strategy were not getting updated on CA.

I updated them via a prog using BAPI_CONTRACTACCOUNT_CHANGE but some of them were still not updated with error "Contact person 1200822639 does not match grouping CA" message class: FKK_CM , message number = 070. Also to note, there are multiple CA on BP and the master data grouping and colleciton strategy doesnt match could be a reason.

But now the issue is when we are trying to put a dunning lock on the other CA with collection strategy and master data grouping of the same BP its giving this same error. Any idea how can we avoid it? Any SAP note on this.

If you created the account using a reference account, then the fields were filled incorrectly.  See/apply http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1928880

Hi William,

I actually didnot create the account.

Just updated the Collection Strategy and masterdata grouping via the BAPI. But now it gives this error for updating the dunning locks.

Hi William,

Thanks for your reply. Well the issue was, when I checked FPCG for the BP of that CA the contact partner wasnot updated to the master data group.

Do you know any transaction where we can update this in mass as there are other BP's in the system that have contract partner not updated to master data grouping, This issue is after the security upgrade.

SAP Note 0001819295, 0001851582 resolved the issue.
