Change Bin Allocations Picking List via DI Server and DI API

I have this scenario

I want change the bin location to line 3

The result is :

This is correct and SAP change the bin location, and the row of table PKL2

How i change this bin locations via SOAP (di server) and via DI API?

It's posible?
