Need Post installation help on SAP Netweaver 7.4

Hi,

I have installed the SAP Net weaver 7.4 with PI (JAVA & ABAP Stack).

and created a Log on item,

but while log on getting the below error message.

Kindly suggest, is am i missing any steps or configuration.
