CRM_UI Logging in, but no buttons

Hi!

I'm currently designing a role for a Solman ITSM config role that requires access to CRM_UI.

I have already added CRM_UI transaction, S_DEVELOP object manually in PFCG. Placed SOLMANPRO in the user parameter and logs in successfully. But doesn't show any buttons when i'm in.

I've also tried to put sap_all access to test if it's a auth issue, and worked. Help on missing authorization objects needed. Thanks!

    check it layout profile which is assigned to that business Role ..

    if layout profile is not assigned  or not  edited properly  u wont get any fields in bnss roles.

    Hi Edward.

    To find out missing Authorization objects perform the following steps:

    1)Goto TCode ST01 and switch on the trace for your user.

    2)Log onto Web UI.

    3)Switch off the trace in ST01 and download the trace in your local desktop.

    4)Now assign SAP_ALL access to your user.

    5)Switch on the trace in ST01.

    6)Log onto Web UI.

    7)Switch off the trace in ST01 and download the trace in your local desktop.

    8)You can analyse the difference in values assigned to the Authorization Objects by comparing both the traces in ST01.

    9)You need assign the values to the Authorization objects which are missing to your user.

    You can also goto TCode SUIM and do user comparison if you have a user for which the role does'nt have any issues.
