Hello

Please check in this SPRO path and change or create new allocation structure.

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -> Maintenance and Service Processing -> Basic Settings -> General Order Settlement -> Maintain Allocation Structure

AND

Then assign this newly created or Changed allocation structure to work order type as mentioned in below SPRO Path

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -> Maintenance and Service Processing -> Basic Settings -> General Order Settlement -> Maintain Settlement Profile

Dear Mr. Rakesh,

I already done it, but while doing the settlement of existing orders, system not allowing to do the settlement, its throwing an error message as message no KD507, its showing the existing allocation structure not a new structure. I need to change the link of existing structure to new structure.

regards

Hi

In the order change mode under settlement receiver , execute F8 or Goto>Settlement parameters and change the allocation structure to new one and check KO88

Greetings Jayakrishna,

The Settlement Parameters are created when the Settlement Rule is generated. For existing Orders, you may go to IW32 > Settlement Rule > Goto > Settlement Parameters. There you may amend the Allocation Structure. If you need to change en masse, I suppose you could create an LSMW.
