Integration between SAP CLM and EMC Documentum

Dear,

Currently we use Webtop (Documentum) as front end for signed contracts.

We will be using SAP CLM as front end for signed contracts, for both existing as new contracts.

At this moment, the existing signed contracts reside in Documentum.

Company policy is in fact that those signed contracts physically stay there.

Could you tell me whether there are guidelines/attention points regarding integration of contracts between SAP CLM and Documentum?

Is this feasible with acceptable implementation time?
