XML File Issue for IR

Hello All

We are unable to upload in to ROS site with P45 XML files.

I checked ROS people and sent them the file we are trying to load, they ran it through the test system and are getting the same errors.

File Name Upload Status Notice Number

C:\Users\hogars01\Downloads\8999460C-1205 (3).P45 Field: PRSI Classes other than Class A or Subclass "A" in this period; All other PRSI Class should not be selected as all weeks are at Class A or Subclass "A"; PPSN: 89940266L, DOB: 01/01/1963

ROS saying it's an error with the two PPS numbers shown on the error report and need to be amended on the file. Is there anything we can do to produce these P45's?

Please share your solutions. We need to complete this ASAP.

      Hello All

Solution was given as in that thread

Kindly remove the PRSI class with weeks manually from P45 XML and then the issue will be resolved.

      EX: <PRSIClass class="PP" weeks="00" />
      <PRSIClass class="ER" weeks="00"

Remove the above PRSI classes with ZERO weeks manually.

Could you please let me know in detail how to remove the PRSI class with weeks manually from P45 XML

Do i need to do the change in SAP P45 report or ROS site or in the XML file

      Why this issue is caused

Kindly guide me from your expertise
