we need to implement manpower requisition ,but i don't have any idea about this,please help me out in this issue ,please any one is having documents please share with me .
thank u so much for your reply ,i want to know what is man power requisition and we need to know how many employees in the organization are assigned to a particular project and how many are vacant ,is their any standard reports are available ,please help to resolve this ,please share if u have any documents regarding this.
Manpower Requisition is basically a form raised from the Project team requesting for additional resources for a specific project wherein the skills/ education/experience level will be provided from the project team which will be moved to the hiring team for further actions and this involves the further levels of approval from the project manager and project head from there it moves to the Hiring head.. the approval process will be defined in the workflow
Now regarding the standard report for analyzing vaccant position
