Adobe Form Printing issue

Hi Experts,

I have developed adobe form with 2 master pages.in master page,page 1 is empty and page 2 designed with header and footer.

Header and footer should display in second page.

In first page, i have designed Title,address.logo,subject,body ( Text ) and signature.

Body part contains 6 paragraphs.

When i execute the program,Title,address,logo and subject is coming in first half page,remaining half part is empty.Body part and signature is displaying in second page.

Can you please help any one.
