Accessing CPS 8 (build M33.79-64514) from IE 9 and 10

Hi,

We have users accessing CPS via both IE9 and IE10.  When mass / group selecting jobs and clicking to raise the action menu, an incorrect context menu is being displayed (essentially the filter option).  Though the documentation from CPS states that IE 6,7 and later is supported is anyone else experiencing similar problems?

The users are accessing CPS via a remote desktop solution built using Terminal Services on Windows 2012/2008 servers.  The problem was that only a partial hive in the registry was being created for users.  This has been resolved and rectified the issue.

I did some tests with IE9 but can't find the problem you described.  we seldom recieve report from customer such problem with IE displaying.  if this is puzzling you,  what about sending an oss ticket about it?  you may make screenshot on what you see from your side to make it clearer.
