SAP BO (Xcelsius) Question

Hello,

I am very new to SAP Business Object (Xcelsius) and wanted to know is there a specific format the data in the spreadsheet has to be in?

I have a large range of data in my spreadsheet and cannot get it to be visible when I select a column chart. Also the data is in columns for example:

Month Inventory Value

JAN 6,000

FEB 12,000

Do I need to change a setting for the data to show as I need it?
