Excel Action pane is missing

Hi all!
I have a problem ,when I log in to BPC Web admin I cant see the Office links at all. I have a Win7 PC 64 bits with Office 64 bit and I have installed BPC 10 SP 6 and have installed the EPM Addin Big volyme that should be compatible with my 64 bits Office. The installation went fine without any problem.
I hav also Ms FrameWork 4.5 installed and Microsoft Visual C++ X64

IE 64 bit

I have tried serveral things, turn on and off compatibility mode in IE, tried to use Firefox but to no avail.
EPM Add in works fine directly from Excel but as said earlier it dont show up in the action pane, any ideas what the problem might be ?
