Hi Experts,
We are facing issue while approving workitems through SAP inbox. The workitem does not get disappear after approval/sent for rework/rejection, it stays in SAP inbox.
Any pointers on this issue?
Thanks.

Sanjana

Hi,
check the workflow log, if it stays in SBWP then in all probability it is in a loop.

Is this SBWP or UWL?
Check SWI1, it will tell you what happened.

Hi,
check what type of workitem this is, Synchronus or Asynchronus. If Asychronus then terminating event should trigger to complete it, otherwise it will stay in the inbox
Also check Complete Manually need to be done or not

use the SWIA transaction and execute the specific workitems, select the workitem and press button ‘Complete Manually’. With this the workflow gets to ‘complete’ status

What is the workflow? What SAP release? Usually it means that the workitem wasn't completed meaning the status of the workitem wasn't changed. Depending on the workflow, the status is changed explicitely or implicitely.
