We recently started seeing a few users with reports set up to broadcast every morning, start getting the following error:
Field BCAST_MAIL_EXPIRATION not available in RSADMINA/RSADMINC/RSADMINS or in conversion table OLD - NEW
Message no. RSCC006
Have no idea what this is referencing to as being the problem, but basically the email job is still yellow (not red or green) and only gives that error. The other thing is that this did not start occurring on a new broadcast setting that our user set up. This actually occurred on a broadcasted report that the user has been getting every morning for over a year. No system settings were changed either.
Anyone see this before? Have any thoughts about it? Intuitively, it almost looks like the setting itself has reached some sort of expiration, but that shouldn't be the case since we don't even have an option defined anywhere that will flag a broadcast job to expire, at least the user doesn't get that option... they choose date, time, and email interval. In addition to that, looking at the timestamp of the broadcast report, it was created around the same time ( or earlier ) other users set up their jobs and those other jobs are not having this same issue.
