Is BI Platform 4.1 SP2 standalone ?

Hi,

We are on BO 4.0 Sp 5 & planning to upgrade to BO 4.1 SP2. Please let me know if we can update directly to BO 4.1 SP 2 or we first have to go to 4.1 and then 4.1 SP2.

Have gone through upgrade guide but it was not clear that direct upgrade is possible from 4.0.

Hi,

in this article i mentioned above it says:

From the document: "You can install the 4.1 SP1 or 4.1 SP2 update directly on a BI platform 4.0 installation. You do not need to install the 4.1 update first"

So i guess it is possible

You can install 4.1 SP2 on top of  BI4.0 SP5.

you can download the Software from SMP.

You can install 4.1 SP2 on top of  your existing version, since SP2 full build is available.

I would like to point a small correction here, you would need to use the patch upgrade of 4.1 sp2 on top of 4.0 sp5 instead of putting the 4.1 sp2 full-build
