Internal table logic

Hi Folks,

I am having an table with data like

X Y Z

10 20 30

50 60 70

I wanted to create an internal table as

1 X 10

1 Y 20

1 Z 30

2 X 50

2 Y 60

2 Z 70

Could you please give me some input on this.

Help is appreciated.
