LO-VC How avoid that a blocked variant will never proposed during configuration

Hello Guru,

can you help me or give me a suggestion to avoid that a blocked variant will never more proposed during the sales order configuration.

I have set blocked status in basic data view and MRP1 view of a variant because the variant will never more produced, but during the configuration simulation or in sales order configuration the variant continue to be proposed how a matching variant with same configuration.

Thank You in advance.

Nicola

    • nicola molinaroli,

Try to delete assigmnet of material variant with KMAT BOM, it may help. as item category assigned willl check for BOM explosion and there will be no BOM assign to material variaznt and it may supress it appearing in variant matching list.

My assumption was once material is archived & deleted , it wil no longer available in variant matching, please check again weather your material is correctkly archived and deleted.

      Thanks

      Ritesh
