Icons missing from the Editor bar while sending email in collaboration room

Hi Experts,

We have created a collaboration room using our custom room template. We have transported our template from development to higher environment (quality portal) following SAP help link:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw73/helpdata/en/e3/d9f74122c9c417e10000000a155106/frameset.htm.

Its working fine in development portal but we observed some strange behavior in quality portal.

We have created a room using the transported template. We did not find the 'editor icons' in the quality portal while sending an email to a member.

Please suggest.
