SAP Sizing on Power 7

Team,

We are migrating from Power 5, Power 6, Power 7 to new Power 7 servers.

We have the count for SAPs on present Power 5, 6, 7 servers.

How do we determine the memory, CPU utilization on the New Power 7 servers. Is there any specific equation/formula to calculate the SAPs for moving from existing Power 5,6,7 to new Power 7 boxes.
