Solution manager - RCA - E2E analysis - SID not visible


Hi Team,

We have to configure RCA for ABAP system in solution manager system which is on 7.1 SP06.

i have done the following steps.

  1. installed diagnostics agent and host agent.
  2. Connected Agent to solution manager system
  3. LMDB and SMSY are updated with system information
  4. Managed system configuration completed sucessfully.

Extractor framework shows extractors scheduled and successful for this system id. But when i checked in RCA work center-> EndtoEnd analysis
-> This SID not visible.

Also i have checked in Introscope webview , host entries for this system appear under superdomain , but only hostagent process shows ,netweaver component not present.

Request your help to resolve this and get data in RCA work center for this system.
