Position is't saved in table T528B

Hi Gurus,

I have created Position by PO13 and status also showing accurately fine but when i am going to hire the employee with that position system is showing

Position 00019999 not available

Message no. PG433

Diagnosis

The chosen position number is not available in the position table (T528B).

System Response

An organizational assignment is not possible.

Procedure

Please check the entered position number.

Kindly let me know what is the reason............!

Hi Leelamohan,

Check whether u have created in Correct Plan version, i.e maintained plan version in PLOGI PLOGI

Also, check Feature PLOGI in PE03.

My client created position on 01.08.2013 and hiring date is 01.01.2013.

Hi Mohan,

  SAP has given two kinds of tables which are called as "T528B" position table for PA,HRP1000 for OM tables. once you create the objects in OM , the same objects (positins, org.units..etc.) has to transfered to PA tables through by running RHINTE10 reports. when you run this report , t528B table will be getting updated then you will be able to assign the porsiton from PA IT0001.

Hi Mohan,

Please the itegration switch between OM & PA ( PLOGI ORGA). As and when the position is created from OM end, it has to update the T528B table. May be the table has not been updated. ( Is it the same case or not all other positions are updated in this table?) There are other tabes which will not get updated if there is no itegration. ( Check Org unit, etc... tables as well).

Well when you are hiring, you will be working in the same Plan version to which the poistion has been created.

Run the RHINTE XX reports to verify the integration checks.

Hi Mohan,

To avoid you issued,

• Maintain Intigration switch Plogi- ORGHA in T77S0 tables
• go to SA38- run report Rhinte10 which transfer you objects, for that transfer you top level orgaunit,so that all object which hirarchy will be transfered to T528B table.

so that you can perform your action through PA40,when you give postiin id it will integrate with OM and display positon name.

Really thanks for yours valid reply, as you said i can run RHINTEXX other wise i can maintain that object directly in Table T528B but here my doubt is all ready it is showing accurately correct green mark in OM but why this position is't appearing in Hiring time even i have maintained PLOGI PLOGI, PLOGI ORGA,

Because I'm fearing about my client if my client again will create one position then again does client need to run RHINTEXX other wise does have to maintain object in table T528B?

Hi Mohan,

Go to SM30 enter table T528B - find maintenance dialog --Maintain----Select  Object T528B --- Click on Maintain ---- Create New Entry

Object Type :- S
Position :-  00019999

Position Description :---  Designation Abbr

Start Date :-

End Date:-

OM :-  P

Try it ...
