Hello everyone!
Some clients in our company have a problem to open office Documents from KM.
They get an errormessage that the document can not be opened.
It is on WindowsXP with OfficeXP or Office2003

Does this occur with Firefox, or just with IE?
In the latter case this is likely due to a bug in a Microsoft component (you may want to compare DLL versions of URLMON.DLL).
