Leave type to deduct two absence quota simultaneously

Hi All,

I am facing issue for deduction of quota.

Scenarioa is like that

Leave type ADV is assigned with quota 04 and

Leave type ADV1 is assigned with quota 44.

Whenever i will apply a leave ADV1 for two hours, my quota 44 should get deducted for 2 hours and simultaneously quota 04 also should get deducted by 2 hours.

I have created one deduction rule AA, where i have assigned two quota (44 & 04) there, but SAP is deducting the quota sequentially as once quota 44 exhausted then quota 04 will deduct.

but

my client want to deduct the two quota's simultaneously.

Please help me out.

u have to set up deduction priorities in V_556R_B

I have assigned priority as below;

Absence quota 44 -1st

Absence quota 04- 2nd

Quota types: priority - 5

Valid from date: : priority - 4

Valid to date: : priority - 3

Deduction from: : priority - 2

Deduction to: priority - 1

is this okay

Its ok!!! check the settings in Quota type sequence for further deduction too. Hope u might have checked the appropriate Ascending & Descending radio buttons as per your requirement.
