Receiver SFTP channel error Maverick SSH Exception

Hello Experts,

We have 1 pass through interface from file to SFTP. partner, while delivering the message to receiver we are getting below error:

: putFile: Could not connect to remote host; Reason: com.maverick.ssh.SshException>>SendingStatus: NOT_TRANSMITTED>>FaultCategory: COMMUNICATION_ERROR>>Retryable: true>>Fatal: true, >> Description: putFile: Could not connect to remote host; Reason: com.maverick.ssh.SshException>> Details: putFile: Could not connect to remote host; Reason: com.maverick.ssh.SshException>>SendingStatus: NOT_TRANSMITTED>>FaultCategory: COMMUNICATION_ERROR>>Retryable: true>>Fatal: true

We have tested the connection with the help of basis and its working fine from cmd. partner host is reachable. we are using private key authentication and key is uploaded in Trusted SFTP partner section, please suggest how to resolve this issue.

Hi Navneet,

Can you please check with your SFTP partner whether they have correctly uploaded the public key you provided to them?

Thanks for your reply but we do not have XPI inspector tool, basis had removed this tool due to some issue it caused in PI server.

Could you use the XPI Inspector to get more details please? This tool helped me to solve connectivity/security issues several times.
