Hi,
Check Posting Period & Period Indicator as well as Set Period indicator in Document Numbering Series & Then Define New Posting Period.
For Eg. If Posting date 19/12/2013 due Date 18/01/2014. If Posting Period Not Defined Date Deviation range will occurs

The error message showed you have not defined new posting period correctly. Show one one you setting for new period here.

Check this knowledge base article for a detailed explanation. Basically the "Due Date From" fields on your posting period setup need to be extended. If you are adding things into the system with payment terms that extend into the new year you will have this problem.
You may have to create the new periods for next year if they aren't created yet.

Posting Date
Due Date
Document Date
If above three dates in any document deviates form range define in respective posting period, then system show above message
