TARIF Feature

Hi,

I have two Personal Areas, three Personal Subareas a1, a2, and b3. Two Emp groups- permanent and contract, and three ESG- permanent salaried,permanent hourly, and contract salaried. all these type of employees are present in all the three PSA ( locations). Tariff feature return value is Pay scale type/ payscale area. If each sub area is a payscale area, then how do we set the tarif feature for all types of employees for all locations?? Please help.
