Windows 2012R2 RDS Server IE11 script error

Hi,

I'm having problems with that my users are beeing rejected with a script-error when running an application that produces reports.

The message is indicating that a module is not present in prompt1.html file in user local temp.

We are using Crystal Reports Viewer 11.5
