How to add new columns to employment opportunities search results screen

Hello Experts!

As per customer requirement we need to display some custom fields( new fields are added to requisition / job posting screens eg. Grade, Pay-Scale,Last date of application etc." in the candidate search results in the job search results screen.

Please suggest how do we go about it.
