Print issue in smartform.Unable to print the multiple copies.

Hi All,

I am unable to print the copies in smartform. If I am giving more then one copy it is printing only first(Original) copy. But in preview it is showing all copies. While covnverting to PDF also it is converting only first copy.

In preview it is showing all copies as shown below.

Can you please attach screen shot again..? What are you choosing in the print dialog about number of copies..?

hi vijay,

once you have given multiple copies , the document will show multiple copies in print preview, the only thing is that u need to press the next page button to see the copy files.

When you click on PRINT a pop up comes where you can enter number of copies..what are you passing there..TDCOPIES? Are you using concept of copy window for the same..?

I am using copies window in Layout. I am passing no of copies as 3 in popup window. But only one print out is coming.

I think you have to check your  output type configuration   through Trx nace  and specify the number of copies as you want  K regards
