Process chain Problem - Urgent

Hi all,

We have a meta chain and the sub chains are programmed to run allways, i.e. the rest of the metachains runs even if one of the sub chains fail, but when we repeat a failed subchain it triggers the next chain which has already run, how can we avoid this situation.

thanx.

    Hi Sai,

Have the chains in parallel rather than in series. Have an AND operator at the end which would get triggered when all the chains have got successfully executed.

    Hope I understood your situation.

    Bye

      Hi Shiva,

Since this is a metachain which include many individual chain then in case of failure of any individual process chain you should not start that again from metachain. You should go directly to that process chain and execute that. That's the normal practice.

    Hi,

the rest of the metachains runs even if one of the sub chains fail

Thats the reason when u repeat the failed sub chain it automatically triggers the next succssesive chain...

U can avoid this by simply leaving the failed sub chain beacause the settings r like that..
