SLD Sync in PI 7.4

I am unable to find a guide on setting up SLD synch.

I have a landscape (dev, qa, prd) and have just noticed I need to synch a lot of swcv , ts, bs from Dev > QA and rather than export them all figured SLD Synch would be the best way of doing this.

PLease can you point me in the right direction to a guide?
