Standard SAP Permits the following subgroups
$$$$ (plan version and object type are generic)
$$OT (plan version generic, object type)
The following entries are not allowed:
PVOT (plan version, object type)
PV$$ (plan version, object type is generic)

HI Mohan,
If you want create number ranges for your custom specific plan group then we need to create it at each object level
for example as you have created a plan version called RP
so subgroup should be RPO/RPC/RPA
where RP is your plan version and O/C/A is OM object types.

Hi Anil,
I think we can maintain because when i got this error i clicked on that error then it shown this information
Please specify an allowed subgroup. You can then create an internal and an external number range for each subgroup.
The first two characters of a subgroup must contain a valid plan version. The next two characters must contain a valid object type.
Instead of specifying a specific object type, you can specify '$$' (= 'all object types') to set up a subgroup for all object types within a plan version.
You can specify '$$$$' to set up a subgroup for all plan versions and object types.
You cannot specify '$$' for the plan version and then specify a particular object type. Consequently, it is not possible to create a subgroup for all plan versions BUT specific object types.
And i came to know through tcode OOPV current plan version is blank i don't know how it's happened even i did check all integration
Regarding this kindly trough to me solution.
Hi Mohan,
If you can go back to last reply I have also given you the similar answer regarding the new plan version and object type while assigning number range to it, what you find out now.
Now when the current plan version check box is not ticked, you can do one thing here
Go to PP01, choose your custom plan version, and create an object on this plan version,
Now come back and check, you will find that the current plan version check box is also ticked,
What is my understanding here is system always consider that plan version is current plan version with which active object are created.

Hi Leela,
I think this one is pretty simple...
1. From the Screenshot, you have created a New Plan Version RP.
2. When you are in OONR, the first thing you need to do is, enter RP$$ and hit an ENTER key on your system. When you do that, default IN/EX values will be populated in NR int. Assignment and NR ex. assignment fields. Save the entry and then maintain valid number ranges.
Hope this helps..

Hi Mohan,
Bit strange...but let's give another try.....
1. Table T77S0 Settings:
NUMRG COMP is to be kept blank (You have marked this as 'X', this is why you are facing an ERROR.
PLOGI PLOGI is 01 and in your case, it is RP. Once you mark it as RP, on save of this table, SAP would suggest that all .: plan version objects must be activated.
2. TCode: OOPV
Since you have marked the Plan version as RP in the step 1, by default the RP plan version - Active box will be checked. Current is still blank.
3. TCode: OONR
As i mentioned earlier, just enter RP$$ and hit the enter key, this should populate the IN/EX values in the respective fields.
4. Fill the number ranges for RP$$ and others if you have created in Step 3 above.
This is the only setting.

Kumarpal
