Production order print problem

Hi,

i am printing a production order through CO02 getting the below error in IDES...

START_FORM is invalid, OPEN_FORM is missing

I have checked in print control settings.... form and program aleady assigned....

BUT STILL IT IS NOT WORKING....

can you please guide...
